This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multiple commercial signage projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee project success.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines throughout the permitting, fabrication, and installation phases.
• Keep detailed cost tracking in line with project budgets.
• Conduct accurate data entry and ensure up-to-date project records, files, and documentation are maintained.
• Work in partnership with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Interpret and utilize engineered drawings and sign plans.
• Organize and coordinate site operations.
• Uphold high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Operate autonomously while contributing to process enhancements and company objectives.
• Assist customers in achieving their goals through budget and milestone tracking, permit coordination, and site-work scheduling.
• 3-5+ years of project management experience in the signage or construction sector.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with coursework in business, construction, manufacturing, logistics, or project management.
• PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Over 5 years of successful experience working within a project schedule and/or budget.
• More than 5 years of business-to-business communication and service experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and meeting milestones and deadlines.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to read construction documents and site plans.
• Proficiency in understanding technical and contractual language/information.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Adobe products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Acrobat.
• Proactive approach with the ability to foresee challenges and stay ahead of deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Flexibility and problem-solving expertise.
• Knowledge of sign types, construction techniques, permitting, and installation processes.
