Project Manager, Collections & Asset Recovery – Russian Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing collections and improving equipment recovery outcomes.

• Create, test, and refine strategies to minimize delinquency, fraud, theft, and asset loss.

• Enhance customer risk assessment by utilizing customer data, payment history, and operational metrics.

• Streamline the entire recovery process, including early-stage collections, payment arrangements, hard collections, repossession, and external escalation.

• Evaluate portfolio performance and recognize trends associated with defaults, fraud, and equipment loss.

• Develop and test innovative workflows, policies, communication strategies, and recovery methods.

• Establish and enhance KPIs related to collections, fraud, and repossession.

• Employ AI coding tools like Codex and Claude Code for data analysis, prototyping, automation, and the development of internal tools.

• Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, and Marketing teams to facilitate changes.

• Monitor outcomes and provide reports directly to senior management and company founders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or product management within complex operational environments, focusing on process improvement, systems enhancement, and business performance.

• Excellent analytical and project management abilities.

• Strong grasp of operational processes and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.

• Experience in collections, managing delinquent customers, fraud prevention, or asset recovery is preferred.

• Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar is mandatory.

• Comfortable working with CRM/ERP systems, workflows, and operational data.

• Capable of independently identifying issues, testing solutions, and executing implementations.

• Fluent in English (C1+ level).

• Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.

• Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours.
