This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee initiatives focused on enhancing collections and equipment recovery outcomes.
• Create, evaluate, and refine strategies to mitigate delinquency, fraud, theft, and asset loss.
• Enhance customer risk assessment through analysis of customer data, payment history, and operational metrics.
• Streamline the entire recovery process, including early-stage collections, payment plans, hard collections, repossession, and external escalation.
• Evaluate portfolio performance and uncover trends related to defaults, fraud, and equipment loss.
• Develop and assess new workflows, policies, communication strategies, and recovery methods.
• Establish and enhance KPIs related to collections, fraud, and repossession.
• Utilize AI coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code for data analysis, prototyping, automation, and the development of internal tools.
• Collaborate effectively with Operations, Customer Support, Analytics, and Marketing teams to execute changes.
• Monitor outcomes and report directly to senior management and company founders.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in project or product management within complex operational environments, focusing on process enhancement, system improvement, and business performance.
• Excellent analytical and project management capabilities.
• Strong grasp of operational processes and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in collections, managing delinquent customers, fraud prevention, or asset recovery is a plus.
• Practical experience with AI coding tools like Codex, Claude Code, or similar is mandatory.
• Proficient in working with CRM/ERP systems, workflows, and operational data.
• Ability to autonomously identify issues, test solutions, and facilitate implementation.
• Proficient in English (C1+ level).
• Proficiency in the Russian language is an advantage.
• Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours.
