This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Implement our software solutions in museums, collections, galleries, and archives, initially focusing on the Benelux region with plans for future expansion across Europe.
• Plan, execute, oversee, and monitor customer projects of varying sizes within a multiproject management framework, ensuring adherence to time and budget constraints.
• Demonstrate standard features, present functional capabilities, and clarify the differences from customizations.
• Analyze additional customer requirements and specify necessary customizations.
• Collaborate with technical experts to implement customizations through configuration and code extensions.
• Deploy add-ons and new product releases for current customers.
• Lead moderately complex data migrations and facilitate self-configured data imports using the standard interface.
• Define work packages, assign project teams, and guarantee delivery quality.
• Conduct release testing, organize customer acceptance tests (UAT), and manage project sign-offs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and Customer Care.
• Organize project meetings and workshops while providing status updates.
• Provide occasional support for presales activities and for second-level support cases.
• A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or Cultural Studies.
• Experience in leading customer projects related to IT or web-based applications, ideally within a service company.
• A strong sense of independence, personal responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively in teams, including virtual teams.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Good communication skills in German.
• Proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Work experience in Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• A sustained enthusiasm for understanding new customer needs and for meticulous execution.
• Ability to comfortably switch between commercial and technical perspectives.
• Experience in configuring business applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of Collection Management Systems or basics of archival and documentation practices is advantageous.
• Proficient use of helpdesk, ticketing, and task-management systems is beneficial.
• Availability of a remote workspace and infrastructure suitable for effective remote work.
• Residence and primary work/living location near the Benelux region.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and agreed, both nationally and internationally.
• Engaging and diverse work within an international, collegial team.
• Multi-project management utilizing best practices from classical, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
