This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide clients throughout the complete implementation cycle of the MuseumPlus and eMuseumPlus collection management suites, with an emphasis on eMuseumPlus.
• Oversee projects for new clients while defining and delivering enhancements for the existing North American user community.
• Strategically plan and execute solution implementation projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Define work packages and collaborate with zetcom’s technical experts.
• Analyze customer data and perform data mapping for migration projects.
• Conduct quality assurance testing.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions.
• Assist with pre-sales activities.
• Specify and implement modifications to existing solutions.
• Provide second-level support for regional customers.
• Support or lead implementation projects outside of North America as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Head of Projects & Services in North America, the zetcom Project Management Office, and project managers in Europe, Asia, and Australia.
• A university degree or equivalent experience (preferably in computer sciences, business administration, or cultural studies).
• A passion for and fulfillment from working with the cultural sector and non-profit organizations.
• Five years of demonstrated professional experience in a lead role for IT projects, ideally involving web-based systems and intricate data structures.
• Proven skills in planning, organization, and time management.
• Exceptional analytical abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage a varied range of stakeholders.
• A high level of self-organization, sense of responsibility, and teamwork skills (especially in global teams).
• A customer-centric service approach.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (nationally and internationally, primarily within the region).
• An entrepreneurial mindset, eager to represent our products in the region.
• Practical experience with collection management, documentation, or archiving systems.
• Experience in managing client projects for web applications.
• Practical experience as a requirements engineer or business analyst.
• Certification in project management, product management, or requirements engineering.
• Practical experience with Confluence and Jira or other helpdesk/ticket systems.
• Proficiency in any additional languages (beyond English); knowledge of French or German is a plus.
