Project Manager, Client Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases by facilitating work through operational departments to fulfill litigation project requirements.

• Generate work orders for tasks related to data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production.

• Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of work products prior to client delivery.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors, and industry-supporting tools.

• Familiarize yourself with Lighthouse workflows, critical pathways, and workflow management systems.

• Convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the pod’s work request queue.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.

• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or JD preferred).

• More than 4 years of professional experience, including a minimum of two years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is essential.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to understand and follow written or verbal instructions.

• Adaptability and flexibility to manage a dynamic and expanding workload.

• Proficient in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• May be required to be on-call intermittently and work outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends.
