
Project Manager β Client Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee onboarding projects for new US clients from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase and transition to support.
β’ Develop and implement comprehensive plans that outline scope, milestones, data migration, instrument interfaces, EHR/EMR, billing, HL7/FHIR integrations, user setup, and validation.
β’ Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and client stakeholders to ensure timely go-lives.
β’ Travel to client locations for kickoffs, go-lives, and training sessions, approximately 25β40% of the time.
β’ Instruct lab personnel on accessioning, worklists, quality control, reporting, and patient portal workflows.
β’ Manage resistance to change during Laboratory Information System transitions.
β’ Monitor onboarding progress, including time-to-go-live, adoption rates, and initial ticket volume.
β’ Provide status updates to clients and leadership.
β’ Present and showcase the CrelioHealth platform to client teams and lab staff.
β’ Identify opportunities for expansion and referrals, passing them to the growth team.
β’ Contribute implementation insights for product enhancements and updates to the onboarding playbook.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in project management.
β’ Minimum of 2 years in implementing or onboarding software for external clients.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector is required.
β’ Practical experience in a clinical laboratory or laboratory setting is strongly preferred.
β’ Knowledge of the specimen lifecycle, accessioning, quality control/quality assurance, instrument interfacing, CLIA/CAP regulations, HIPAA, and result reporting.
β’ Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
β’ Capability to manage multiple onboarding projects remotely and independently.
β’ Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the US.
β’ A valid driver's license.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States.
β’ Experience with direct LIS/LIMS migration or go-live processes is an advantage.
β’ Familiarity with HL7v2/FHIR interfaces, lab billing/RCM fundamentals, or instrument middleware is a plus.
β’ Background in customer success, solutions consulting, or pre-sales is beneficial.
β’ PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification is appreciated but not mandatory.
β’ Proficiency in using modern AI tools with sound human judgment.
