Project Manager – Cardiac Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, setup, monitoring, and conclusion stages of clinical study management, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services.

• Collect and convert customer requirements into actionable plans for internal teams.

• Create and uphold study documentation, reports, and processes for data archiving.

• Manage the distribution and tracking of equipment to facilitate study execution.

• Supervise study timelines and handle financial aspects, including budgets, revenue forecasting, changes in scope, and invoice reconciliation.

• Identify risks associated with the study, suggest mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Oversee communications, negotiations, and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and resource management.

• Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to address client issues and maintain issue tracking for prompt resolution.

• Represent study services in client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, as needed.

• Assist with the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field.

• 1–4 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical, clinical, or a related industry.

• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial processes.

• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively in English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of responsiveness and accountability.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Valid passport and readiness to travel up to approximately 20%.
