Project Manager, Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Offer project management assistance for initiatives related to enterprise data.

• Organize and monitor project tasks, milestones, risks, and interdependencies.

• Aid in user adoption and manage changes for new processes and reporting solutions.

• Oversee report migration projects and track their progress against established timelines.

• Keep project documentation, status updates, meeting notes, and action items organized.

• Foster effective communication across business and technical stakeholders.

• Help resolve issues and mitigate risks as they arise.

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and participate in ceremonies as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting data-centric programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Track record of monitoring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.

• Preferred: Background in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs.

• Preferred: Previous involvement in user adoption or organizational change efforts.

• Preferred: Experience working within a PMO or in a large enterprise context.
