Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of a development team, ensuring effective collaboration across various functions.

• Take ownership of and enhance operational processes within your scope of responsibility.

• Detect process gaps and inefficiencies, driving improvements from concept to execution.

• Collaborate with the team and management to define priorities, objectives, and workflows.

• Engage in people management activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and offboarding.

• Assist in developing competency matrices and establishing clear expectations for different roles within the team.

• Manage budgets, invoices, and other operational tasks.

• Investigate and implement AI technologies and other modern tools to enhance management and operational efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a development team with accountability for delivery.

• Prior experience in Game Development is essential.

• Proven track record of working with multidisciplinary development teams.

• Strong skills in operational management and process enhancement.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and standard project management practices.

• Excellent structured thinking capabilities and an understanding of cause-and-effect dynamics.

• High adaptability and flexibility in response to changing situations.

• Experience in managing people and performance.

• Ability to set clear expectations and define appropriate evaluation metrics prior to performance assessments.

• Knowledge of competency frameworks, goal-setting, feedback processes, and employee development initiatives.

• Experience with budget management and invoicing is a plus.

• A keen interest in AI and innovative management methodologies.

• Fluency in English and Russian is considered advantageous.
