Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the planning and implementation of onboarding initiatives for the provider network.

• Oversee the complete onboarding process from contracting, configurations, testing, to go-live.

• Maintain open lines of communication and ensure close collaboration among stakeholders.

• Manage the scope, requirements, timelines, communication strategies, as well as risk and mitigation plans.

• Work with stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions from sales to operations.

• Nurture customer relationships throughout the onboarding journey.

• Actively engage in the continuous improvement of onboarding procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related discipline (preferred).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in health system operations or enterprise project management.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise or large health system portfolios.

• Experience in leading executive-level product demonstrations, programs, and presentations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Knowledge of healthcare software and data analytics tools.

• Preferred technical integration experience within the healthcare sector.
