This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, execute, and oversee projects with an emphasis on scope, timeline, budget, and client satisfaction.

• Oversee projects involving the implementation of Oracle on-premises and/or Oracle Cloud Solutions.

• Lead cross-functional teams during the implementation process.

• Identify potential risks and issues, while supervising the implementation of mitigating strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in hands-on project planning, execution, and management, focusing on scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

• At least 8 years of experience utilizing industry-standard SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Waterfall/Agile approaches.

• Proven experience in managing projects that implement Oracle on-premises and/or Oracle Cloud Solutions, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in the role of Project Manager.

• Functional understanding of one or more Oracle CX modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Fusion, etc.) to effectively manage cross-functional implementation teams.

• Strong capabilities in risk and issue identification and the management of corresponding mitigating actions.

• Proficient in project management practices.

• Knowledgeable in Oracle Service.
