Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Secure stakeholder agreement to authorize the proposed project plan prior to execution.

• Set up project governance, processes, decision-making frameworks, and management tools.

• Organize regular stakeholder meetings and delegate tasks in line with the project plan.

• Oversee and manage project progress, tasks, and critical path elements.

• Revise project plans and document modifications for stakeholders.

• Keep centralized project documentation for compliance purposes.

• Recognize and regulate scope alterations according to set policies.

• Facilitate project closure, obtain stakeholder approval, and conduct debriefing meetings.

• Contribute to the enhancement and development of Enterprise Health's organizational process assets.

• Ensure the effective implementation of the Enterprise Health solution from pre-sale through to go-live.

• Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.

• A minimum of three years experience in business analysis or technical/software project management.

• Strong expertise in project management, ideally within the medical software sector.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver projects punctually and within budget.

• Experience in pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management software.

• Capability to convert customer business requirements into project specifications.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with an aptitude for managing diverse teams.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and training abilities.

• Strong skills in issue recognition and problem-solving.

• Leadership and team management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
