Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Ensure projects are advancing in alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks.

• Oversee project scope and modifications - monitor the overall budget, manage out-of-scope requests (RFIs), and keep the customer updated.

• Collaborate with the Field Lead to determine project manpower needs and scheduling.

• Provide on-site guidance for the project team by fostering and inspiring team members to achieve project objectives, adhere to their roles, and meet project milestones.

• Take full ownership of the project life cycle: successful delivery entails comprehensive implementation from initiation through to close-out.

• Develop estimates and detailed project plans for all project phases.

• Prepare audit documentation and uphold quality standards.

• Acquire sufficient resources to meet project goals by the designated “in-service dates.”

• Participate in customer project progress meetings, offering insights and updates on project status.

• Comprehend interdependencies among technology, operations, and business requirements.

• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the appropriate team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/ Project Management Certification (PMP).

• A minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience within the oilfield sector.

• At least 5 years of commissioning experience.

• Over 5 years of construction experience.

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
