Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of contracted technical programs for both external clients and internal teams.

• Monitor project and program progress in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Manage customer expectations and deliver management status reports.

• Proactively handle risks, issues, actions, and dependencies until they are resolved.

• Develop and oversee project plans and timelines.

• Communicate timelines with stakeholders to ensure successful project and ticket delivery.

• Manage the implementation processes for assigned clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Create, distribute, and oversee project plans, status reports, dashboards, and communications with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Account Management to align with customer expectations.

• Compile, monitor, and report on project financials throughout the lifecycle of the project.

• Effectively manage time and shifting priorities for oneself and the delivery team.

• Follow the organization's agile software development practices.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-5 years of project management experience in a dynamic environment.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems is required.

• Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred; however, relevant industry experience and/or client implementation experience may be accepted as a substitute.

• Proven experience in coaching, leading, and influencing others.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in managing projects and schedules using Microsoft Project.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including applicable roles and processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint, for creating reports and dashboards.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.

• Strong skills in problem resolution and analysis.

• Expertise in stakeholder management.

• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in learning, task assignments, and new technologies.

• Some experience with Project Portfolio Management tools like Planview and Mavenlink.

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum software development practices and tools is preferred.
