Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct intricate digital projects and programs, guaranteeing successful completion within deadlines, scope, and budget.

• Manage, support, and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs), retainers, fixed-price contracts, and Time & Materials agreements.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors across various workstreams.

• Propel execution across multi-brand and multi-market digital initiatives.

• Outline project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and metrics for success.

• Develop and sustain project roadmaps, delivery strategies, and execution plans.

• Create, refine, and manage project and product backlogs utilizing JIRA.

• Ensure effective staffing, resource distribution, capacity planning, and readiness for delivery.

• Recognize, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as needed.

• Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reporting frameworks, and data visualization tools.

• Establish and maintain project documentation and governance protocols.

• Cultivate client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Take ownership of engagement health, delivery quality, financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and client satisfaction.

• Assist with revenue forecasting, oversee invoicing, monitor budgets, and track expenses.

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance planning, collaboration, reporting, and delivery efficiency.

• Spot growth opportunities within existing client relationships.

• Mentor Project Managers and delivery professionals while advocating for project management best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Project Manager in digital agencies, consulting firms, software development companies, or technology organizations.

• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end digital product development and software delivery projects.

• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

• Experience managing both Fixed Price and Time & Materials contracts.

• Proven track record of delivering Agile projects and working within POD-based delivery frameworks.

• Practical experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance project and product delivery.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project governance, scope management, risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Experience in building, interpreting, and using dashboards, KPIs, and delivery metrics to inform decision-making.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and negotiation.

• Solid technical expertise with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical, compatibility, and accessibility aspects.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced delivery settings.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
