This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Offer consulting services to a designated market or client account to facilitate strategic business goals.
• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout processes for real estate projects.
• Collaborate directly with clients to outline scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification.
• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.
• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.
• Ensure the integrity of project data along with accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
• Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance to help achieve objectives.
• Develop action plans to meet targets, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on status and discrepancies.
• Identify project risks and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
• Utilize principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions.
• Mentor others and share expertise across related fields.
• Lead by example in alignment with CBRE RISE values.
• Build consensus and persuade others to reach agreements.
• Influence customer, operational, project, and service activities across related teams.
• Communicate difficult or sensitive information effectively.
• Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations are preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of various information sources.
• Openness to reassessing existing solutions from new perspectives.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills paired with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Proficient math skills.
• Capable of calculating moderately complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the Eastern US.
