This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account
• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from start to finish
• Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of real estate projects
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop project scope, allocate resources, create cost estimates, establish budgets, set schedules, identify milestones, ensure quality control, and recognize risks
• Determine project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the qualification process
• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients
• Enforce project documentation governance that aligns with both company and client standards
• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation
• Lead project delivery teams and offer guidance to achieve objectives
• Develop action plans to meet project goals, budget, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and variances
• Identify potential project threats and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies
• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks
• Utilize standard principles and techniques to tackle complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions
• Mentor others and share expertise across various job disciplines
• Exemplify behaviors that align with CBRE RISE values
• Foster consensus and persuade others to reach agreements
• Convey challenging or sensitive information effectively
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple information sources
• Openness to reconsider existing solutions from a new perspective
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills complemented by an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Excellent mathematical skills
• Capability to calculate moderately complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the Eastern US
