Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholder relationships, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to ensure project compliance

• Evaluate, monitor, and manage crucial milestone activities to prevent schedule delays

• Ensure effective project governance, processes, and systems are in place

• Implement best practices across all projects

• Generate formal project status updates and other necessary reports

• Supervise multiple construction projects to guarantee adherence to approved design standards

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly reviews

• Facilitate the flow of project information via regular meetings and written communications

• Predict and update essential project milestones

• Oversee and assess local design teams in alignment with commission criteria

• Offer technical assistance to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders

• Respond swiftly to field Requests for Information (RFIs)

• Provide insights into cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance

• Independently assess status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs

• Cultivate strong client relationships to leverage new opportunities

• Advise project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals

• Document key project information and lessons learned

• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent experience

• At least 5–7 years of relevant project management experience

• Strong organizational and management abilities

• Capability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team

• Proficient presentation skills

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management software

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities
