This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account to aid strategic business objectives.
• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from inception to completion.
• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases for real estate initiatives.
• Collaborate directly with clients to prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Determine project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through project qualification processes.
• Conduct requests for proposals, perform bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Enforce project documentation governance consistent with company and client standards.
• Ensure the integrity of project data and provide accurate, timely, and coordinated documentation.
• Lead project delivery teams with guidance and direction.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and communicate status and variances.
• Recognize project risks and formulate risk mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
• Employ principles, techniques, and procedures to tackle complex assignments and offer innovative solutions.
• Mentor others and disseminate knowledge across various job disciplines.
• Exhibit behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
• Build consensus and persuade stakeholders to achieve agreement.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of diverse information sources.
• Openness to adopting new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills paired with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Proficient math skills.
• Capability to perform moderately complex calculations, such as percentages, fractions, and financial-related computations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the Eastern US.
• Flexibility to work on-site as client needs evolve.
• Compliance with applicable SOX control responsibilities is mandatory.
