Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services for client accounts to fulfill strategic business goals.

• Oversee technical commercial real estate projects from inception to completion.

• Manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and project closeout.

• Collaborate with clients to establish the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, timelines, quality control, and risk assessment.

• Document IT requirements and partner with project teams to outline technology solutions.

• Identify project delivery resources and oversee the qualification processes.

• Conduct requests for proposals, complete bid assessments, and recommend resources.

• Enforce project documentation governance and ensure accurate project data maintenance.

• Supervise architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors.

• Create action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and timelines.

• Monitor project progress and communicate status and discrepancies.

• Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation and contingency strategies.

• Mentor colleagues and share expertise in relevant subjects.

• Exemplify leadership in alignment with CBRE RISE values.

• Foster consensus and reach agreements with stakeholders.

• Travel overnight across the United States up to 25% of the time.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• 5–8 years of pertinent experience is required.

• In lieu of a degree, a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.

• Experience in IT construction related to network setup/design, voice/data cabling, telephony, wireless systems, audio-visual technologies, security access and monitoring, and sound masking.

• General understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Proficient in MS Project.

• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
