This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account
• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects from start to finish
• Manage the planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of real estate projects
• Collaborate with clients to develop the scope of work, resource needs, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk assessments
• Specify project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid assessments
• Suggest project resources to clients
• Enforce project documentation governance and ensure the integrity of data along with timely and accurate documentation
• Lead project delivery teams and offer direction to meet objectives
• Develop action plans to achieve goals, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates and variances
• Recognize project risks and formulate mitigation and contingency strategies
• Execute plans to minimize or eliminate project risks
• Utilize project management principles and techniques for complex tasks
• Mentor others and share expertise across related fields
• Foster consensus and persuade stakeholders to reach agreements
• Clarify complex or sensitive information
• Exemplify behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5–8 years of pertinent experience
• A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Ability to make informed decisions based on the analysis of various information sources
• Openness to reevaluating existing solutions
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills complemented by an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Advanced mathematical skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations
• Willingness to travel up to 20% throughout the Eastern US
