This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Deliver consulting services to a designated market or client account.
• Oversee healthcare administrative and clinical construction projects.
• Manage real estate projects from inception to completion, covering planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Collaborate directly with clients to draft the scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Determine project delivery resources from pre-approved lists or through the project qualification process.
• Conduct requests for proposals, carry out bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Enforce project documentation governance in accordance with company and client standards.
• Ensure the integrity of project data and maintain accurate, timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead project delivery teams by offering guidance and direction.
• Develop action plans to achieve objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on status and variances.
• Identify potential project threats and create risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Execute action plans to minimize or eliminate project risks.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to intricate assignments while providing innovative solutions.
• Mentor others and share expertise in the job discipline.
• Exemplify leadership and embody CBRE RISE values.
• Foster consensus and persuade others to reach agreement.
• Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, along with 5–8 years of pertinent experience.
• A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Preferred designations include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment based on the analysis of various information sources.
• Openness to re-evaluating existing solutions with a fresh perspective.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills accompanied by an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Proficient mathematical skills.
• Capability to compute moderately complex figures, including percentages, fractions, and finance-related calculations.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% within the Eastern US.
