Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management and technical integrations for onboarding carriers.

• Ensure launches occur on schedule and within budget constraints.

• Conduct customer workshops to outline project scope, system configurations, and technical requirements.

• Provide tier-two technical assistance and deliver practical training for enablement.

• Promote high user engagement and ensure success after launch.

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams in Jira to align cross-functional requirements.

• Manage project margins and track billable hours effectively.

• Take ownership of significant customer onboarding and integration initiatives.

• Act as a reliable advisor who connects technical setups, financial metrics, and customer engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support within software settings.

• Strong technical understanding of software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.

• Professional experience or knowledge in the transportation, freight, or logistics sectors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related technical discipline (preferred).

• Completion or certification in PRINCE2 or an equivalent project management methodology (preferred).

• Practical experience with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools like Jira (preferred).
