Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management and technical integrations for onboarding carriers.

• Guarantee punctual launches while ensuring budget compliance.

• Conduct engaging customer workshops to clarify project scope, system configurations, and technical specifications.

• Provide tier-two technical support and hands-on training for enablement.

• Promote high user adoption rates and ensure success following launch.

• Collaborate with engineering and development teams in Jira to align cross-functional requirements.

• Monitor project margins and track billable hours effectively.

• Take ownership of significant customer onboarding and integration initiatives.

• Act as the primary trusted advisor connecting technical setups, financial metrics, and customer engagement across the global Transporeon platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, technical integrations, or tier-two customer support in software settings.

• Strong technical understanding of software interfaces, APIs, database concepts, and data workflows.

• Background or familiarity in the transportation, freight, or logistics sectors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related technical field (preferred).

• Completion or certification in PRINCE2 or equivalent project management methodologies (preferred).

• Practical experience with enterprise ERP systems or ticketing tools such as Jira (preferred).

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
