This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Supervise and coordinate various projects.
• Ensure delivery is on schedule and aligned with the organization's objectives.
• Actively participate in providing training directly to client users.
• Organize and schedule project activities.
• Plan and conduct training sessions for clients.
• Generate clear written updates and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with technology implementations at client locations throughout the UK.
• Extensive experience in project management practices, including planning, risk management, handling dependencies, issues, timelines, scope, deliverables, and quality assurance.
• Proven experience in delivering training or coaching to end users.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to work on weekends, bank holidays, and/or overnight when necessary.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive.
• Hands-on experience with the deployment of new technologies is preferred.
• A strong commercial awareness is a plus.
• Proficient report writing skills are advantageous.
• Preferred qualifications include Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the rail industry is beneficial.
