Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist the internal operations of engineering teams in collaboration with a Team Lead

• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and within scope

• Monitor project timelines and key milestones

• Organize and maintain project documentation

• Facilitate coordination among discipline engineers

• Aid in invoicing and tracking fees

• Identify scope and schedule risks and communicate them to the Team Lead

• Help keep teams organized across various simultaneous projects

• At higher experience levels, assume more responsibility for project operations

• Provide support to multiple Team Leads at the same time

• Participate in enhancing processes

• Assist in the development of junior project managers

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in project coordination or project management, preferably within a professional services, AEC, or technology consulting context

• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities across multiple concurrent projects

• Experience in financial and resource management, including budget tracking, profitability, billing, invoicing, and resource forecasting

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with project management tools, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or similar applications

• Ability to work closely with technical teams and comprehend the structure and delivery of engineering projects

• Proactive and process-focused mindset

• Degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred
