Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with team leadership to define project strategy and establish prioritization and delivery.

• Oversee multiple simultaneous creative projects and their workflows.

• Maintain a prioritized project schedule that considers team capacity.

• Facilitate regular status check-ins with the team and stakeholders.

• Convert ambiguous requirements into precise, actionable plans.

• Draft creative briefs that outline stakeholders, audience, objectives, timeline, and budget.

• Create agendas and lead productive meetings.

• Advocate for the team’s viewpoint while managing realistic expectations.

• Develop relationships with freelancers and vendors to enhance capacity.

• Prepare for peak periods and monitor change requests.

• Identify and mitigate timeline risks.

• Conduct post-project debriefs to recognize successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Brand Creative, internal teams, freelancers, external partners, and agencies.

• Report to the Creative Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience managing end-to-end creative processes.

• Understanding of creative workflows, including graphic design, branding, digital photography, motion graphics, and illustration.

• Proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to accept direction and feedback.

• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of identifying challenges early and addressing them effectively.

• Strong time-management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple large projects simultaneously.

• Proficient and confident in negotiating contracts, timelines, and budgets.

• Exceptional listening and communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Airtable, Google Suite, and Dropbox.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma is advantageous.
