This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
• Define the scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables of projects.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across various teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress to ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within scope.
• Identify project dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential delays.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Serve as the primary contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners as necessary.
• Identify, evaluate, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
• Develop mitigation and contingency strategies.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, resources, and key performance indicators.
• Escalate critical issues and offer recommendations to management.
• Maintain precise project documentation, processes, and reporting.
• Establish and uphold best practices in project management.
• Enhance project workflows, processes, and team efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established methodologies and organizational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in project management, program coordination, operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through to successful completion.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional or distributed/remote teams.
• Capability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, ClickUp, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Background in managing technology, software, IT, or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
• Experience managing international or multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, resource planning, and project reporting.
• Experience in a fully remote or distributed organization.
• Availability to work between 7 AM and 7 PM CST, 9 hours per day (8 working hours plus a 1-hour break).
