Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee technology projects in the telecommunications field from inception to completion.

• Offer technical guidance to cross-functional teams.

• Direct the planning of timelines, budgets, project scope, risks, and performance metrics.

• Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure that solutions are delivered in line with both technical and business specifications.

• Recognize risks, dependencies, and obstacles, and recommend actionable plans.

• Track performance metrics, status updates, and executive governance processes.

• Facilitate follow-up and alignment meetings.

• Assist in architectural decisions and provide technical direction.

• Guarantee the implementation of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.

• Background in the telecommunications industry.

• Proven experience in providing technical leadership to IT teams.

• Skilled in managing highly complex projects with numerous stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and/or Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with both technical and executive teams.

• Capability to serve as a bridge between business, technology, and suppliers.

• Experience with OSS/BSS, networks, 5G, infrastructure, customer service, or telecommunications digital platform projects is an advantage.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications are beneficial.

• Knowledge of technology architecture and solutions is advantageous.

• Experience with major telecommunications operators or companies within the telecommunications ecosystem is a plus.
