This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies in the role of project manager.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, applicable SOPs, and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between the Company and the Customer throughout the study's launch, execution, and closure.
• Guide project teams to guarantee quality, adherence to timelines, and effective budget management.
• Monitor financial performance of projects.
• Coordinate the activities and output of study conduct partners.
• Proactively identify and address project-related issues.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality and completeness of project deliverables and TMF.
• Keep study information updated across various databases and systems.
• Manage components related to inspection readiness for studies.
• Supervise the development and execution of project plans.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate both internal and external meetings.
• Compile project management reports for both clients and management.
• Formulate contingency plans and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Build client relationships to foster new or additional business opportunities.
• Engage in bid defense meetings when considered for project manager position.
• May have the responsibility of line-managing project management team members and clinical monitoring staff.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
• Preferred experience in a clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prior project management experience in clinical research is essential.
• Experience in Phase I studies is required.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong capability to manage time and work independently.
• Willingness to adopt new technologies.

• Availability to travel as required, approximately 25% of the time.
