This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategize, implement, and complete projects adhering to strict deadlines and budget constraints.
• Establish and convey project timelines, resource allocations, and financial plans.
• Supervise quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Acquire necessary resources and coordinate efforts among internal team members, external contractors, and consultants.
• Keep informed about the status of projects and campaign tactics, as well as timelines.
• Recognize potential risks and apply problem-solving strategies to uphold timelines and budgets.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of client business goals, objectives, and tactics.
• Coordinate the trafficking of proposals and deliverables for new business presentations.
• Review project briefs and initiate project kick-off meetings.
• Set clear expectations for team members and external vendors, and ensure adherence.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Assess resources and allocate billable work or seek external assistance as needed.
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery throughout all project phases.
• Create project status reports and facilitate weekly team project review sessions.
• Track team progress and address any queries or delays that arise.
• Maintain project-related communications with the core team, clients, and external resources.
• Enter and manage project budgets and billing schedules effectively.
• Evaluate project progress in relation to billing schedules and initiate invoice requests accordingly.
• Maintain cost-to-complete estimates and monthly invoice forecasts.
• Generate monthly client accrual reports.
• Monitor project budgets against yearly client budgets.
• Identify budget risks, out-of-scope impacts, inaccurately recorded hours or expenses, and performance challenges.
• Conduct budget reconciliations upon project completion.
• Assist Account Services with client updates, specifications, proposals, and estimates.
• Act as a primary client-facing contact when necessary.
• Ensure prompt responses and delivery of client requests.
• Guarantee that quality control measures are completed successfully.
• Initiate and maintain electronic project documentation.
• Ensure that project specifications are met and delivered to meet client expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of relevant experience, including digital process and timeline creation related to websites, emails, digital banners, etc.
• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical/pharmaceutical industry marketing requirements and restrictions is a plus.
• Experience using electronic project management software is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of mastering various content management systems.
• Willingness to work extra or unconventional hours as client needs dictate.
