Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily planning, execution, and implementation of cross-functional, organization-wide projects.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams, as well as vendors, to comprehend and convey operational and technical project needs.

• Manage project expectations, requirements, and deliverables through proactive communication, thorough documentation, and organized follow-ups.

• Facilitate meetings and stand-ups to advance initiatives, eliminate obstacles, and ensure that milestones are achieved.

• Organize and oversee project resource allocation across various company departments.

• Create comprehensive documentation of workflows and processes for internal team utilization, transitioning them into playbooks and reference materials for end-user training.

• Coordinate dependencies throughout the Pre-Bind, Post-Bind, and Claims lifecycle phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with the insurance policy and claims lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing technical or inter-departmental projects.

• Strong technical expertise, including familiarity with various systems and their integration and functionality.

• Over 5 years of experience leading complex, large-scale project implementations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• PMP certification or other project management qualifications are advantageous.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Familiarity with video and chat tools, such as MS Teams and Slack.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection is essential.

• A designated quiet workspace for remote work is required.

• Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
