Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily standup meetings for Salesforce development and conduct end-of-day review sessions.

• Oversee the development lifecycle across Development, UAT, and Production environments.

• Manage and consistently prioritize the Salesforce Master Backlog.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive execution, address challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

• Enable effective communication among global teams across various regions.

• Utilize tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and others to monitor progress and provide updates.

• Ensure that QA validation and user acceptance criteria are fulfilled prior to release.

• Collaborate with external development vendors to enhance delivery and eliminate obstacles.

• Coordinate efforts for API integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

• Manage backlog grooming and prioritization for projects, incidents, and enhancements.

• Identify opportunities for automation to decrease manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Partner with IT and system owners to establish integration architecture and automation strategies.

• Lead cross-functional sessions to gather requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within Salesforce or enterprise SaaS platform projects.

• Proven experience leading the transition from Development to UAT to Production release cycles.

• Extensive knowledge of the MS Office suite and Smartsheet.

• Strong comprehension of API integrations and cross-system architecture.

• Experience collaborating with offshore development teams.

• Familiarity with Service Cloud or enterprise ticketing systems is highly preferred.

• Possession of Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, etc.) or the capability to obtain certification within 30-60 days of employment.

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
