Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical expertise to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Organize, plan, and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collect, assess, and document project requirements to define the scope of work.

• Conduct jobsite visits as needed or requested for project quoting and implementation.

• Identify equipment and service requirements to create project quotes.

• Plan and coordinate operations related to the project.

• Establish and oversee project quality and reporting standards.

• Develop project plans, drawings, budgets, logs, reports, summaries, and lessons learned.

• Gather data to ensure timely communications about project progress and status.

• Adhere to and promote standard operating procedures.

• Provide support to management personnel.

• Manage project logistics, including equipment setup, mobilization and demobilization, and human resources.

• Implement project contracts from an operations standpoint within PMO authority.

• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and scopes, both domestically and internationally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in industrial electric equipment field operations.

• At least three years of experience in electrical systems design or engineering.

• A minimum of three years of project management experience.

• PMP certification is advantageous.

• Proficient in reading and understanding technical documents such as manuals, blueprints, plans, and schematics.

• Skilled in computer use and Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Must successfully pass periodic drug, alcohol, and security screenings.
