Project Manager

📋 Description

• Act as a Project Manager

• Direct and oversee projects within a fast-paced, highly intricate environment

• Ensure that demands and requests are effectively organized

• Coordinate technical teams, business units, and clients

• Track projects and their deliverables

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Practical experience with Kanban, including backlog management, prioritization, and workflow oversight

• Experience in managing and supervising technical/development teams

• Background in projects or operations within the Energy sector

• Proficient in managing KPIs, risks, schedules, action plans, and delivery tracking

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, technical teams, and executive stakeholders
