Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals spanning research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Navigate A/B tests from conception through construction, deployment, and evaluation.

• Identify potential risks early and assist teams in overcoming obstacles.

• Ensure that tasks and deliverables are consistently monitored and completed.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 upcoming experiments.

• Articulate the reasoning behind the testing strategy and establish clear expectations.

• Lead weekly meetings with clients to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum to maintain team focus and motivation.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with A/B testing is not mandatory.

• Formal project management experience is not essential.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable working with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capability to plan proactively, prioritize tasks, and execute them effectively.

• A proactive and communicative approach when interacting with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with a passion for technology and design.

• Understanding of the reasons behind successful and unsuccessful outcomes.

• Keen observational skills to recognize patterns and formulate insightful questions.
