Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams of 5–10 individuals encompassing research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders.

• Oversee experiments from conception through development, launch, and subsequent analysis.

• Proactively identify risks and remove obstacles for teams.

• Create and manage a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 forthcoming experiments.

• Articulate the reasoning behind strategies and establish clear expectations.

• Lead weekly client meetings to discuss progress and outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison for both clients and internal teams.

• Ensure clarity, positivity, momentum, focus, and motivation, especially during challenging or busy times.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

• No previous A/B testing experience is necessary.

• No formal project management expertise is needed.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capacity to plan ahead and execute tasks effectively.

• Proactive and communicative approach with clients and team members.

• Ability to identify potential risks early and seek assistance when required.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology and design.

• High level of initiative and capability to comprehend the underlying reasons for successes or failures.

• Skill in recognizing patterns and posing insightful questions.
