This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee daily project activities for the implementation of product and service solutions from the closure of sale to the handoff to customer support.
• Spearhead the comprehensive service delivery of intricate, high-profile projects, which include ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing implementations.
• Manage the rollout of supply chain solutions throughout the customer network.
• Develop and sustain project work schedules.
• Monitor customer requirements and convert requests into essential deliverables.
• Exhibit expertise in service delivery while handling multiple simultaneous projects.
• Supervise workflow requirements to ensure that timelines and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Assess project priorities and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Recognize and communicate opportunities for ongoing improvement and positive organizational change.
• Collaborate across multifunctional teams without direct authority.
• Transition completed projects to customer support.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing position.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Project Management experience within the ERP ecosystem.
• Capability to work remotely in Germany, preferably in proximity to Düsseldorf/Dortmund.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision, take initiative, and prioritize in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proven track record of managing several projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and written/oral communication skills.
• Nice to have: Project Management experience in the Retail Supply Chain ecosystem.
• Nice to have: Understanding of processes and/or services for issue identification and idea generation/evaluation.
• Nice to have: Experience in developing processes and overseeing projects in a technology-driven service organization.
• Nice to have: Ability to lead teams and meet goals without direct authority over personnel.
• Nice to have: Proven history of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain ecosystem.
