Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project activities for the deployment of product and service solutions from the point of deal closure through handover to Customer Support.

• Direct the rollout of supply chain solutions across the entire customer network.

• Manage end-to-end service delivery for intricate, high-visibility projects while operating remotely from Germany.

• Implement ERP integrations and agile e-invoicing solutions.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, monitor customer requirements, and convert them into essential project deliverables.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Supervise workflow requirements to ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.

• Foster communication between internal teams and external clients.

• Prioritize project needs and manage available resources effectively.

• Recognize and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement to promote positive organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.

• More than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.

• Business-fluent in both German and English.

• Experience in project management within the ERP environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Proven ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and set priorities in a challenging, dynamic setting.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

• Quality-oriented, detail-focused approach with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

• Proven experience in managing several projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent organizational abilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience in project management within the retail supply chain sector.

• Preferred: In-depth knowledge of processes and/or services to identify issues and generate and assess ideas.

• Preferred: Experience in process development and project management within a technology-driven service company.

• Preferred: Demonstrated capability to lead teams and achieve objectives without direct authority.

• Preferred: Proven history of designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects within the retail supply chain sector.

• Preferred: Experience collaborating with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PL providers.
