Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Act as the operational leader for designated Solve Studio projects.

• Transform approved briefs into comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workback schedules.

• Organize project kickoffs and synchronize timing, deliverables, and review expectations.

• Manage creative reviews and document feedback, decisions, scope implications, and subsequent steps.

• Oversee timelines, milestones, tasks, dependencies, and daily delivery activities.

• Monitor project health and ensure timely, precise status updates.

• Recognize risks early and escalate with clear options or recommendations.

• Facilitate collaboration across functions and maintain progress through the process.

• Provide project status updates to Account Leaders, Creative Leaders, and project teams.

• Uphold accountability from intake to final delivery and archival handoff.

• Assist Account Leaders in ensuring a responsive and seamless client experience.

• Ensure compliance with Solve Studio operating procedures, workflow standards, and documentation requirements.

• Preserve Workfront project integrity, including assignments, timelines, task updates, and status visibility.

• Assess project complexity and workload impacts to aid prioritization and resource allocation decisions.

• Collaborate with Studio Operations and technology teams to incorporate AI-driven tools into workflows.

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• 5 years of experience in project management within creative services, marketing operations, or agency settings.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• Familiarity with creative workflows.

• Capability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.

• Enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
