Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, both internally and externally.

• Facilitate coordination among internal resources, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Guarantee that projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhere to budget constraints.

• Manage alterations to project scope, timeline, and costs utilizing suitable verification techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to outline anticipated project outcomes and deliverables.

• Create comprehensive project plans and continuously monitor, track, and report on progress.

• Assess project performance employing relevant tools and methodologies.

• Execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Establish and sustain partnerships with third-party vendors.

• Engage in pertinent corporate programs and initiatives while adhering to professional, quality, corporate, security, and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management; OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and at least six (6) years of equivalent experience in Health or Information Technology Project Management.

• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through capabilities.

• Proficient in utilizing collaboration tools to manage and communicate effectively with remote teams.

• Outstanding verbal, written, analytical problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

• Familiarity with Solventum HIS products.

• Ability to convey ideas and information effectively to individuals and team members.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

• Strong organizational capabilities, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for visa status.
