This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take the lead in managing and overseeing multiple projects of moderate to high complexity independently.
• Formulate and implement effective project plans and tools.
• Set project metrics and targets for improvement.
• Drive projects to completion while monitoring the effectiveness of solutions.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects valued between $1–5 million.
• Develop and maintain schedules using MS Project and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
• Provide reliable revenue forecasts for the Sales and Finance teams.
• Travel to project locations to assess status, resolve issues, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and MIV.
• Work with site-specific plans and serve as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Supervise site preparation, production, delivery, design-build, installation, and scheduling for applications training.
• Complete and submit all necessary project documentation, including checklists, schedules, cost forms, change orders, and handover materials.
• Keep bridge dates current and synchronize factory delivery dates with project requirements.
• Manage logistics from the warehouse to the site or storage facilities.
• Ensure the accuracy of last call letters and communicate dates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate meetings for kickoff, customer engagement, project closure, and handover, and maintain records of these meetings.
• Confirm customer requirements from pre-job phases through to handover to the service team.
• Facilitate the seamless implementation of Syngo and IBD products.
• Coordinate the delivery, rigging, mechanical installation, commissioning, and application resources through site visits.
• Capture and properly file project documentation in the designated database.
• Escalate issues needing support to adhere to timelines.
• Provide assistance to departmental staff and perform other assigned tasks.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or healthcare.
• 5-10 years of proven project management experience in client-facing healthcare medical imaging.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or a similar designation is preferred.
• Prior experience as a Field Service Representative in diagnostic imaging is highly desirable.
• Proficient in MS Project and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, blueprints, and practices.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to off-site project locations.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to travel without restrictions.
• Valid passport required.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%-75% of the time to project sites across Western Canada.
• Strong computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
