This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take the initiative to lead and oversee multiple projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Formulate and implement project plans along with the necessary tools.
• Set project metrics and targets for improvement.
• Propel projects towards completion while assessing the effectiveness of solutions.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with values ranging from $1 million to $5 million.
• Develop and maintain schedules using MS Project and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide precise revenue forecasts to the Sales and Finance departments.
• Travel to project locations to verify progress, resolve issues, and collaborate with clients, contractors, and MIV.
• Facilitate room planning with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for architects, consultants, contractors, MIV, clients, and project resources.
• Supervise site preparation and readiness.
• Oversee the production, delivery, design, installation, and scheduling of application training for equipment.
• Complete and submit all project documentation, such as schedules, checklists, change orders, handover documents, and site readiness records.
• Maintain Bridge dates and synchronize factory delivery schedules with project requirements.
• Manage logistics from the warehouse to the site or storage facilities.
• Ensure the accuracy of last call letters and maintain stakeholder awareness.
• Organize kickoff, customer, closure, and handover meetings while archiving relevant records.
• Validate customer requirements from the pre-job phase through to service handover.
• Facilitate the smooth implementation of Syngo and IBD products.
• Coordinate delivery, rigging, mechanical installation, commissioning, and application resources through site visits.
• Accurately capture and file project documentation within the project database.
• Raise issues that require support to adhere to timelines.
• Provide coverage or assistance to department staff and perform other assigned tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction management, or healthcare.
• 5-10 years of proven project management experience in client-facing healthcare medical imaging.
• Preference may be extended to candidates with PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or similar credentials.
• Prior experience as a Field Service Representative in diagnostic imaging is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and industry practices.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to off-site project locations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends if needed.
• Ability to travel without any restrictions.
• Valid passport is necessary.
• Strong computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet management, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Expected travel time is approximately 50%-75% at project sites throughout Western Canada.
