Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead electrical and controls projects from initiation to completion.

• Supervise the entire project lifecycle, encompassing planning, resource coordination, execution, and final closeout.

• Monitor project budgets and assess technician time and material expenses.

• Proactively manage cash flow and ensure profitability.

• Predict future revenue and invoicing needs.

• Act as the main point of contact between field teams, clients, and internal departments.

• Provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.

• Coordinate technical specifications and deliverables across departments.

• Identify, create, and negotiate change orders and expanded project scopes with clients and account managers.

• Delegate job tasks and coordinate third-party subcontractors as necessary.

• Establish and uphold behaviors that reflect Safety as a Personal Core Value.

• Collaborate with accounting on paperwork issues or investigation needs.

• Carry out special projects and additional duties as directed by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management, particularly with industrial control systems or power systems.

• Highly skilled in computer applications, including MS Business Central, Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, and internet research abilities.

• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.

• Required to possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
