Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, supervise, and deliver multidisciplinary technology projects while managing scope, timelines, resources, and risks.

• Ensure that the commitments made in the commercial proposal are realized in the delivery, aligning client expectations with the team's capabilities.

• Act as the primary contact for the client, addressing inquiries, obstacles, and conflicts with independence and agility.

• Convert client requirements into clear guidance for the delivery team.

• Engage and lead technical teams, negotiating priorities and securing leadership alignment.

• Coordinate with both commercial and technical teams during their interactions with the client.

• Map, document, formalize, and standardize project processes, ceremonies, and methodologies.

• Establish necessary governance and documentation while avoiding excessive bureaucracy.

• Contribute to the advancement and growth of the project management function in collaboration with leadership.

• Integrate PMI/PMO practices with agile methodologies, focusing on incremental and continuous delivery.

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance documentation, meeting records, project tracking, and process design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in technology project management, ideally within consulting or B2B professional services.

• Strong grounding in project management (PMI/PMBOK or equivalent).

• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid management approaches.

• Technical expertise in Cloud, Cybersecurity, and/or Data & AI, enabling engagement with clients and technical teams, comprehension of challenges, and autonomous decision-making.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience in building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients and stakeholders, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Background in establishing or improving processes, methodologies, or a Project Management Office (PMO).

• Knowledge of generative AI tools utilized in everyday operations.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Background in Cybersecurity and/or Infrastructure projects.

• Experience with Cloud projects (AWS and/or Azure).

• Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM are considered valuable differentiators.
