Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including planning, team assignment, and task allocation until completion.

• Administer schedules, third-party contracts, resources, and budgets, while monitoring planned versus actual outcomes.

• Enhance communication and collaboration amongst teams, internal departments, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Define objectives, establish priorities, and guide team efforts.

• Promote the adoption of project management methodologies and industry best practices.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks by recommending preventive and corrective measures.

• Observe team performance and support ongoing professional growth.

• Manage the queue of client and contract-related inquiries.

• Monitor project time logs.

• Aggregate and present management information to the Executive Board and Finance department, overseeing invoicing.

• Utilize JIRA and Qlik Cloud to track, control, and manage project activities.

• Propel continuous enhancements in project management processes and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the technology industry.

• Strong understanding of project management and process methodologies along with best practices.

• Experience in planning, schedule monitoring, resource management, and delivery oversight.

• Knowledge of cost management, budgeting, and performance evaluation.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building capabilities with a variety of stakeholders.

• Experience in leading, managing, and developing teams.

• Familiarity with project management tools, including JIRA and Qlik Cloud.

• Strong corporate communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration across departments.

• An organized, analytical, and results-driven profile.

• Exceptional planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Commitment to quality, innovation, collaboration, and alignment with organizational culture.

• PMP or CAPM certification from PMI is advantageous.

• CSM or PSM certification in Scrum is a plus.

• Additional project management-related certifications are beneficial.

• Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies is a plus.
