Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide support for various physical security sites and programs.

• Ensure that designated locations function efficiently and adhere to company standards and client expectations.

• Monitor performance at sites, staffing levels, scheduling practices, and operational readiness.

• Conduct regular visits, audits, and assessments of sites.

• Assist site leadership in addressing operational challenges and executing corrective actions.

• Maintain consistency in security operations, reporting, and service delivery.

• Collaborate with Site Managers, Security Managers, and Operations Leadership.

• Offer guidance, coaching, and mentorship to site leadership teams.

• Aid in leadership development, succession planning, employee retention, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for assigned clients.

• Engage in operational reviews, business meetings, and discussions regarding client performance.

• Address client issues and ensure service delivery is aligned with contractual obligations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, state licensing regulations, and applicable laws.

• Track licensing, certifications, training records, and employee qualifications.

• Carry out quality assurance reviews and operational audits.

• Ensure that incident reports, investigations, and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

• Support the introduction of new security programs, site expansions, and operational transitions.

• Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and workforce planning.

• Analyze operational metrics and key performance indicators.

• Suggest process improvements and collaborate on long-term operational planning.

• Prepare and review operational reports, performance metrics, and client deliverables.

• Maintain precise staffing, compliance, training, and operational records.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Facilitate timely communication between site leadership, clients, and corporate support teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be accepted.

• At least 3–5 years of leadership experience in physical security, contract security, law enforcement, military, or similar industries.

• Experience in overseeing multiple locations, programs, or operational teams.

• Strong knowledge of security operations, workforce management, and regulatory compliance.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting tools.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly between assigned locations.

• Preferred: experience managing security operations for data centers, critical infrastructure, healthcare, government, or corporate settings.

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or similar industry certification.

• Preferred: experience with multi-state operations and licensing requirements.

• Willingness to travel frequently to designated locations.

• Ability to perform site inspections and operational assessments.

• Capability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
