This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Program Lead in implementing franchise rollout strategies from preparation through to go-live and post-launch assistance.
• Maintain checklists for franchise readiness and rollout plans, encompassing dependencies, data needs, responsible parties, deadlines, supporting evidence, exceptions, and remediation strategies.
• Track progress, recognize risks and delays, and escalate concerns to program leadership.
• Coordinate with franchise stakeholders, facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and provide updates on status, risks, and next steps.
• Manage source-data readiness, pre-load validation, and post-load validation alongside franchises and the Data and Product teams.
• Identify and resolve rollout obstacles promptly.
• Document lessons learned and enhance rollout methodologies for subsequent franchise phases.
• Create and maintain scalable, repeatable documentation for the rollout process.
• Oversee training activities and logistics for go-live.
• Manage communications related to the rollout, meeting notes, action tracking, and participant guidance.
• Organize hypercare activities, including support chats, support bridges, and end-of-day calls.
• Monitor post-launch issues until resolution or formal closure, escalating critical or overdue issues as necessary.
• Formally close or transition outstanding actions and issues.
• Keep the overall program integrated plan updated.
• Provide additional project coordination and tracking support throughout the rollout lifecycle.
• 5–7 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in supporting technology implementations, digital transformation, system rollouts, or multi-site deployments.
• Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with franchise owners, program leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation abilities.
• Proficient in planning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and executive-level status reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, Jira, and Visio.
• Sound judgment with proactive problem-solving capabilities, including risk identification, escalation judgment, and issue resolution.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous rollout phases and competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
