Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities that are in alignment with the strategic priorities of the enterprise.

• Enhance existing ServiceNow modules to boost workflow automation, improve data quality, increase operational transparency, and elevate user experience.

• Integrate ServiceNow with FAA systems and data repositories to establish a cohesive system of record.

• Utilize Agile Software Development Life Cycle methodologies to oversee ServiceNow enhancements and implementations.

• Ensure that configurations and architectural decisions are in accordance with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.

• Advocate for FAA business process reengineering and standardization to enhance service delivery efficiency, minimize technical debt, and foster innovation.

• Provide comprehensive documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition materials, and training resources for enterprise-scale operations and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience in significant IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years as a Project Manager; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementations.

• Experience in managing projects using the PMI framework.

• Capability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship is required.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

• Scrum Master/Agile experience is preferred.

• Experience with FedRAMP authorized software is preferred.

• A Master’s degree in information technology plus ten years of experience in executing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration is preferred.
